She was predeceased by: her parents, John Starnes and Lou Ella Starnes; her husband Billy June Piper; and her children, Pam Starkey and Mark Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Mann (James) of Uniontown, KY, Darell Piper (Debbie), Michael Piper (Kathy) and Brian Piper of Owensboro, KY; and her brother P. W. Starnes of Texas, J. L. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren 23 Great Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
