He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Toler (Chappell); his children, Steve Toler (Becky) of Lebanon, Tennessee, Susan Warren (Hank) of Owensboro and Sharon Ringham (Kerry) of Sharpsburg, Georgia; his brother Jim Toler of Lewisport; his grandchildren, Ashley Warren Howard (Aaron) of Louisville, Andrew Warren (Rebecca) of Brentwood, Katy Hoyos (Santiago) of Senoia, Keeley Bass (Matthew) of Kennesaw, Whitney Shehane (Michael) of Knoxville, Shannon Toler of Bloomington and Shawnell Toler of White Plains; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Hallie Howard, George Warren, Ryan, Ian Hoyos, Stevie, Colt Shehane, Emma Miller and David Hughes.
