He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Smith and Dorothy Kerr Smith; and his brothers, Jerry Lynn Smith and James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Smith; and his children, Jean Roark, Jerry Smith (Roxanna), Susie Adams (Rickey), Randy Smith (LaDonna), Kim Taul (Sidney) and Jason Smith.
