He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret Brannon Taylor; and his son Waitman Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Patricia W. Taylor; his children, Frank C. Taylor (Charlene) of Lexington, Bill Taylor (Sandi) of New York City and Margaret T. Kramer (Dan) of New York City; his sister Sarah T. Hughes; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Taylor. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
