It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Mingus Heina (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on March 24, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred L. Heina; her daughter Charlotte Heina Collie of Boone, NC.; and her siblings, Charles Mingus, Robert Mingus, Anna Crawford, Mabel Kays and Norma Kerekes.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Page, Stephen and Andrew Collie; and her siblings, Mary Jo Carter, Merl and Donald Mingus.
