She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lester Z. Higdon; her children, Lee Ann Murphy (late David Murphy), Steven Higdon (Susan) and Thomas L. Higdon (Donna C.); and her grandchildren, Toni Jones (Brian), Brad Higdon, Lauren Higdon, Wesley Higdon, McKenzie Higdon, Zachary Murphy, Michelle Smith (Danny), Amy Boyd, Nicole Kays and Meghan Roberts (Jacob). She was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
