She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Howard of Owensboro and Joy Blincoe (Wayne) of Owensboro; her granddaughter Jennifer Bugg (Ashley) of Henderson; her great grandchild Maddie Bugg; her brother Eugene King (Helen) of Owensboro; and her caregivers, Tammy Lane, Barbara Leibfreid and Janet McCarty.
