He was predeceased by: his father Elvis Lee; and his siblings, Lavern Alvey, Jimmie, Johnny, Robert Ford, Artie Woodward and Elvis Ford, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Gail Andrews Ford; his daughter Shannon Puckett (Jeff) of Owensboro; his granddaughter McKenna Gough Nix (Ethan) of Rockport, IN; his stepgrandson Jake Puckett; his cousin Gary Higgs; and his friend Donald Nicely. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
