She is survived by: her great great grandchild Evalyn Grace Russ; her children, Barbara Ann Cecil Russ (Wayne) and Robert E. "Bob" Cecil, Jr. (Ruth King); her grandchildren, Angela Russ, Philip Cecil, Eric Cecil and Shawn Russ; her stepgrandson Kristopher Dillon (Jessica) of Owensboro; her great grandchildren, Sydney Morgan Ellis, Brooke Alexandria Ellis, Madison Lee Ellis, Morgan Cecil, Alexis Cheyenne Russ, Emily Cecil, Spencer Russ (Morgan), Brayden Russ, Brody Cecil and Chase Cecil; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Kerstyn and Kaylee Dillon; her great great grandchild Jackson Russ Ellis; her nephew William Gaddis (Anne) of Frankfort; and her niece Reubene Ann Gaddis Adkins (Troy) of Owensboro.
