He is survived by: his daughter Christie Millay McMahan (Shannon); his grandchildren, Chace Clements (Emily), Ethan Clements, Cortney Hurst and Bailey Hurst; his great grandchildren, Tinslee Clements, Lilly Clements, Odin Clements, Trevor Roberts and Staley Clements; and his siblings, Paula Millay, Gary Millay (Stephanie), Ricky Millay (Shannon) of Owensboro, Elaine Payne (Jud) of Gatlinburg, TN and Cathy Stover (Glen) of Evansville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
