She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Smith and Laura Temple Smith; her husband Ernie Parker; and her siblings, Bill Smith, Ed Smith, Ronnie Smith, Betty Jean Embry, Catherine Gray, Frances Fulkerson, Decie Swink, Carolyn Beavin and Janice Jackson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Judy Nugent of Lewisport, KY and Peggy Kocken of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
