She is survived by: her parents, Rethel Lowe and Theresa Bittel Lowe; her husband Chris Belcher; her daughters, Allie Belcher and Katie Belcher; her pets, Jasper, Atticus and Molly; and her siblings, Stacey Tirrill (Bill), Scott Lowe (Christina) and Jason Lowe (Bethe). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
