She is survived by: her children, James Boone (Tonya), LuLu Boone, Donna Self (Byron) and Stacey Boone (David); her grandchildren, Courtney Rice, Heaven Boone, Michael Boone and Trace Self; her great grandchildren, Zoe Sidener, Grayson Boone, Waylon Kingsbury, Braelyn Boone, Lakeland Self, Colton Boone and Willow Self; and her siblings, Terry Cooper, Julia Galloway and Jeannie Mattingly.
