She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Joseph, Sr. and Sallye Frances Taylor Moorman; her husband William Edward Douglas Sr.; her siblings, Regina Earlyne Adams, Teresa Lyniece Durr, Russell Delano Moorman, Louis Dion Moorman and Martin Maurice Moorman; her great grandchildren, Tramel Barksdale and Dakota Carothers; and her son-in-law Derrick West.
She is survived by: her children, Anitra Natosha Douglas, Dezireno Douglas, Velina West, Dejohnna Paulk (Chauntell), William Douglas and Frederick Douglas (Leslie); and her siblings, Joseph Moorman (Lourendy) of Owensboro, Michael Moorman (Patsy) of Owensboro, Dewayne Moorman (Debbie) of Owensboro, Adrian Moorman (Kristie) of Owensboro, Earl Moorman, Jr. (Katherine) of Virgina Beach, VA. and Angela Moorman of Owensboro. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tenth Street Missionary Baptist Church (1213 E 10th St, Owensboro, KY 42303).
