She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank James and Bertie Neal James; her former husband Joseph Frasure; her spouse T. R. Hicks; her children, Frankie Joe Frasure, Johnny Wayne Frasure, David Glenn Frasure and Alisa Vollman; her grandson Joseph Vollman; and her sister Betty Sue Brigance.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Frasure (Jenni), Carrie Hurlburt, Frankie Frasure (Deneka), Jenny Frasure (Becky) and Dena Craig (Joey); her daughter-in-law Lori Frasure McIntyre; her granddaughter-in-law Katrina Nesmith; her nieces and nephews, Donita and Donnie Brigance; and her close friend Pam Neal (Frankie). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
