It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Kay Sims (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Valerie Kay Sims to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard Hurm, Edith Alvey Hurm, Andrew Sims and Lora Sims. She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Sims of Owensboro and Leolla Hurm Sims of Owensboro; her son Aris Jackson Sims of Owensboro; and her siblings, Lora Cento (Pete) of Beech Grove, TN, Anthony Joseph Sims of Rockport, IN and Brandon Matthew Sims (Whitney) of Owensboro. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
