He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Jo, Thomas Earl Dant and Ruth Ann Luck. He is survived by: his parents, David E. Dant (Linda) and Carol Luck Shepherd; his wife Katie Cecil Dant; his children, Bentley, Gracie and Ellie Mae; his siblings, Dana Morris (Brad), Mason Shepherd, Jeremy Ditto and Angela Estes (Ron); and his uncles, Michael Dant, Scott Dant (Liz), Rick Dant and Joseph Stephen Dant (Judy). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; several cousins; and many friends.
