She is survived by: her sons, Travis Tong of Owensboro and Dakota Crowe of Owensboro; her siblings, Robert Howard (BJ) of Fordsville, Linda Howard of Seward and Rena Fulkerson of Owensboro; her niece Kelsey Lanham of Owensboro; her grandson Waylon; and her close friend Matthew Simmons.
