He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Joyce Gossett Devine; his son Franklyn Todd Devine; and his father-in-law Don Knott. He is survived by: his stepchild Franky; his wife Annette Knott Devine; his sons, Jaymes Devine (Heather Crowe) of Owensboro and Billy Devine (Amanda Mason); his grandson Xavier Michael of Henderson; his father Sammie Dean Devine; his siblings, Tony Gossett (Heather) of Owensboro, Scott Devine (Lisa) of Owensboro, Jimmy Devine (Misty) of Owensboro, Sissy Hill (Tim) of Owensboro, Tammy Varney (Chris) of Benton Harbor and Krystal Kirkendoll of Louisville; his brother-in-law Donnie Knott, Jr.; and his uncle Chip Gossett (Linda) of Owensboro. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
