He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack Murphy and Joan Froehlich. He is survived by: his sisters, Faye Millay, Doris Blandford and Benita Martin; his brother-in-law Paul Martin; his daughter Renée Lam (Rhys); his granddaughters, Alice, Nora and Lucy; and his pet Murphy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
