He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane Sarabeth Johnson Blue; his children, Karen Blue of Bartlesville, OK, Shannon Dockery Madden (David) of Lexington, SC, Sharron Dockery Beal (David) of Indianapolis, IN and Thomas Kendall "Ken" Blue III (Kristi) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Avery Beal, Lindsey Beal, Layne Madden (Katie), Brent Madden (Mallory), Cody Blue, Logan Blue and Isaac "Ike" Blue; and his brother Perry Blue.
