He was predeceased by: his father Kearney R. Mattingly. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Mattingly Brooks of Owensboro and Randy Mattingly (Robyn) of Owensboro; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Kenney (John) of Owensboro, Jennifer Alexander (Ryan) of Germany, Christopher Bishop (Leann) of Owensboro, Ben Mattingly of Owensboro and Jonathan Mattingly (Laura) of Owensboro. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
