He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Shepherd (Dan) of Owensboro, KY, Rodney Payne of Huntsville, AL, Jerry Payne (Bonnie) of Ft. Branch, IN, Joyce Payne of Weeki Wachee, FL and Tina Guth (Jon) of Independence, KY. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews.
