He was predeceased by: his father Thomas H. Howard. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Ray Clark Howard of Slaughters; his wife Diana Howard; his children, Matthew Ryan Howard (Mandy) of Versailles and Jennifer Bugg (Ashley) of Henderson; and his grandchildren, Maddie Bugg, Faith Lauren Howard, Chase Howard, Carter Guillaume and Ellie Guillaume.
