He is survived by: his wife Debra Clark; his son David Clark (Elaine); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Emmah, Dawson, Bronson and Stellah; his son Jason Clark (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Chloe, Clementine and Amelia; and his siblings, Larry Clark (Beverly), Connie Clark, Randy Clark and Jimmy Davis (Betty Jo).
