It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Gail Vinson of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Short and Helen Ruth Ringham. She is survived by: her children, Michele Vinson, Joseph Vinson, Tabitha Vinson and James Fulkerson; her grandchildren, Tyler, Marcus, Makayla, Tamarra, LaKeisha, DeAisa, DaQwuan, Treyvon, Lashawn and Kayveon; and her siblings, Roger Short, Kenny Short and Cathy Short. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
