She is survived by: her daughter Tricia Lopez (David) of Owensboro; her stepdaughter Chantell Roberts (Jimmy) of Morganfield; her grandchildren, Dale Johnson, Payton Johnson, Madison Ball, Shyann Worthington, Noemi Cruz, Haley Davis, Kyle Manrique, James Wilkey, Brent Worthington and Brody Worthington; and her siblings, Michael Ruby (Gayle) of Livermore, David Ruby of Island, Allen Ruby of Owensboro and Judy Towery of Calhoun. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
