He was predeceased by: his parent Garfield T. Tandy; and his siblings, Glasper B. Tandy Lowery, William Garfield Tandy (Baby) and Fred Lee Tandy. He is survived by: his parent Beatrice B. Tandy; his brothers, Charles Tandy of Columbus, Rondalis Tandy of Los Angeles and Samuel Tandy; and his sister-in-law Rosie Tandy of Owensboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, former customers and special friends.
