She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Johnson and Hattie Hines Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Daniel Evans; her sons, Darryl Wayne Evans (Carolyn) of Louisville and Todd Evans of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Joseph Evans of Louisville and Amy Echsner (Alex) of Tennessee; and her sister Marcia Jean Dersch (Ronnie) of Santa Clause, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
