He is survived by: his sons, Steven Andrew Law (Alexis) and Elliott Jackson Law; his grandson Jonah Law; and his sisters, Beverly Taylor (Robert) and Sharon Whittinghill (Joel). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
