He was predeceased by: his sons, Alex Clark and Nicholas Riney. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Johnson (Blake), Christina Dowdle and Eric Neal Clark; his father Cotton Clark; his stepmother Sandra Clark; his brothers, Larry Clark, Nick Clark (Tara), Johnny Clark and Brian Clark (Karen); his grandchildren, Ella Johnson, Carleigh Neal, Devin Neal and Aiden Neal; his friend Alan Payne; and also Sarah Burgess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
