He is survived by: his brother Mark Fogle; his stepfather Gilbert Wright; his stepbrother James Wright; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Rhinerson and Bill Clayton; his nephew Eric Young; his wife Judith Carol Rhinerson; his brother-in-law Glenn Merritt; his grandchildren, Ella Daley and Declan Nash; his siblings, David Fogle (Michelle), Marianne Kamuf (Mike), Teresa Merritt and Cathy Bayles; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Falloway (Glen), Deanna Clayton, Jim Rhinerson (Anita), Marcia Graves (Rich) and Stacy Render (Billy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
