He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Lee Jones Sr. and Hazel Lucille Crowe Jones; his son Charles "Chucky" Jones; and his fiancé Robin Hall. He is survived by: his sons, Micah Jones, Matthew Jones (Aubri) and Daniel Jones (LaDonna); his granddaughter Addison Jones; his sisters, Carole Storm, Linda Emberton (Bill), Virginia "Ginny" Sparks (Carl), Debbie Burton (Rob) and Cindy Storm (Jerry); and his friend Gina Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
