She is survived by: her husband Gary Bartlett; her sons, Jason Bartlett (Julie) and Brian Welp (Ginger); her grandchildren, Madison Grace Bartlett, Avery Elizabeth Haskins (Tay), Ansley Welp and Allie Welp; and her great grandchild Kylen Haskins.
