She was predeceased by: her parents, Echol Cook and Ruth Webb Cook; her son Leslie Tyler "Butch" Mulligan; and her sister Maxine Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Joseph McKay; her children, Debbie Roberts (Larry), Scott Mulligan (Bonnie), Kevin Mulligan and Shannon Mike; her grandchildren, Ashley Riherd, Melanie Petzold, Jeremy Mulligan, Jessica Mulligan, Alex Mike, Nick Mike, Shane Steele, Ryan Mulligan and Erin Mulligan; and her siblings, Janet Meredith and Echol Cook (Kathy). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
