She was predeceased by: her parents, Urey Westerfield and Eufala Millay Westerfield; her husband Peter Mobley; her daughter Shirley Ann Cole; and her sister Ruby Hamberg.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Penrod, Marty Penrod, Kaye Clark and Vicki Penrod Schaub. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
