She is survived by: her husband Henry Howard of Owensboro; her children, Troy Anderson and Sandy Johnson; her grandchildren, Jalen Johnson of Nashville, TN and Shana Goodwin of Nashville, TN; her great grandchild Alaya Goodwin; and her sister Cozetta. She is also survived by Nurse; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
