She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ruth Bolling; and her siblings, Mary Elaine McCarty, Mary Underwood and Sammie Jo Bolling. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Amanda Mattingly (Garrett) of Philpot, Joshua McCarty (Krystal) of Hawesville and Michael Howard of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Brayden Mattingly, Adalynn Mattingly, Paxton Mattingly and Annabelle Howard; and her siblings, Sheila Goble (Joey) of Owensboro, Charles McCarty (Doris) of Owensboro and Terry McCarty of Owensboro.
