She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Louis and Mary Reynolds Mattingly; and her siblings, Mary L. Mattingly, Maxine Turner, Delbert Mattingly and William "Dub" Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Roberts of Owensboro, Geary Wells of Knottsville and Terry Wells of Hawesville; her grandchildren, Jason Roberts (Katee), Aaron Roberts, Derrick Roberts (Brittany), Casey Pizani, Jessica Kyle and Amy Wells (Jon); and her former husband David Wells. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
