It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Ann Bailey (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard Bailey; her sons, Gary Lee Bailey (Mary) of Apopka, FL, Robert Wayne Bailey of Owensboro and Russell Franklin Bailey of Owensboro; her brother Robert Eugene Edge (Barbara) of Owensboro; and her brothers-in-law, David Bailey (Linda) of Beaver Dam, KY and Darrell Stites of Masonville, KY. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren; her 3 great-grandchildren.
