He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Swofford of Owensboro; his children, Bailey Wentworth, Elizabeth Wentworth of Evansville and Emily Wentworth of Evansville; his grandchild Peyton Kirby of Evansville; his siblings, Tammy Robertson of Owensboro, Angela Evans (Michael) of Owensboro and Roger Chilton (Britney) of Owensboro; and his stepmother Joyce Wentworth of Madison. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
