She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Medley, Sr. and Mary Cecilia O'Bryan Medley; her husband Gerard Beatty "Jerry" Kuntz, Sr.; her siblings, Benedict F. Medley and Frances E. McNulty; her siblings-in-law, Carol F. Medley and William Foor; and her son-in-law Brad Shrewsberry.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Crisp (Joey), Frances "Frankie" Shrewsberry, Mary Meigs Bryant (Bart), Gerard "Jerry" Kuntz, Jr. (Patricia), Joseph Kuntz and John Abell Kuntz (Bree); her grandchildren, Jimmy (Marci), Bryan, Kara (Chris), Michael (Shelbi), Elizabeth, James, Leslie, John, Joseph, Allie, Aaron, Robert, Jack and Nick; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Will, Caleb, Jemma, Callie, Logan, Max, Ayden, Saidey and Lilah; and her siblings, Mary Wathen Foor, John Medley, Jr. (Mary), Bill Medley, Tom Medley (Susan), John E. McNulty, Ellen Accurso, Denise Medley and Dan Medley (Kathy).
