She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Foster Neil and Catherine Moyer Neil; her husband Steven Owen Swofford; and her brother Gail Eugene Neil. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Jennifer Rose (Kyle Pearson); her grandchildren, Delana Mae Rose, Makayla Ladawn Rose and Steven Brady Rose; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah, Amyah, Alayah, Uriah, Ezrah, Audriana, Sawyer and Leilani.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
