It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Sanders (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on March 26, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mona Higgs Sanders and Donald Louis Sanders; his siblings, James Sanders and Lena Sanders; his nephew Sammy Gene Sanders; and his sons, Jimmy Sanders, Ronnie Sanders and Charles Hatchett.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Sanders; his brothers, Robert Lee and Riley Sanders; his sister-in-law Mary Jo; and also, Kenny, Harold, Sr. and Nancy Frazier.
