With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Porter (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on February 9, 2020 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Turner Porter; his children, Haley Porter, Ally Porter, Ava Porter and Brayden Samuel Porter; his parents, Marianne Sipes and Gene Sipes; his siblings, Branden Porter (Jenni) and Magan Sipes; his mother-in-law Sherry Turner; his brother-in-law T. J. Turner (Taylor); and his close friends, Jon Christie (Selina) and Steve Blair (Jennifer). He is also survived by many other special friends; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Porter Children's Fund.
