She was predeceased by: her parents, James Heath and Mary Few Kluttz; her sister Mary Lewis Kluttz Thomas; and her son-in-law John Thacker. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Pulliam Thacker of Owensboro, Mark Pulliam (Cathy) of Louisville, KY and Jim Pulliam (Nina) of Isle; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Armstrong (James), Frances Horner (Nate), Margaret Crowley (Wade), Jim, Stuart Pulliam, Sarah, Heath and Kate Pulliam; her great grandchildren, Thacker Horner, Ansley, Caroline Armstrong and Lucy Pulliam; and her stepgreat-grandson Preston Horner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
