She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Joseph and Pauline Hagan Steele; her husband Bo; and her siblings, Vincent Joseph Steele, Charles Carroll Steele, Robert Hagan Steele, Pauline Steele and Mary Anne Steele.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Steele and Sarah Edge. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
