She is survived by: her children, Paula Bertke (Bruce) of Madison, Alabama, Dr. Greg Adams (Michelle) of Owensboro and Dr. Dan Adams (Kristin) of Brentwood, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Dr. Ashley Bertke Knepper (Aaron), Brad Bertke (Meredith), Alex Adams, Ella Adams, Nathan Adams and Callie Adams; her great grandchildren, Allie and Ayden Knepper; and her siblings, JoAnn Struble (Larry), Bob Kleehamer (Deena) of New Albany, Dave Kleehamer (Roxanne) of New Albany and Sharon Kleehamer of Sellersburg, Indiana.
