He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Page and Ethel McCracken Page. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wren Page; his children, Wes Page (Kim) of Owensboro and Cyndi Crall (Brian) of Danville, KY; his granddaughters, Shelley Crowell (Justin), Tama Phillips (Stuart), Holly Rose (Clint), Tina Payne (Dexter), Aliea Karsner (Peyton) and Gabby Johnson (Damon); and his siblings, Mae Dahlke and Joe Page. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
