He was predeceased by: his parent Ennis Dennis; his daughter Misty Gail Dennis; his brothers, Kenneth, George and Jack Dennis; and his grandson Hunter Lee Sharp.
He is survived by: his friend Diner; his close friend Joyce Marret; his children, Geraldine Havener, Melissa Martin (Michael), Cheyenne Dennis, Cierra Dennis, Roy Dennis, Jr. (DeeDee) of Owensboro and Terry Dennis of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Steven Riley (Megan), Audrey Willard (Chris), Gunner Havener, Michael Maysey (Angela), Eric Maysey, Mariah Mayfield, Christopher Leach, Summer Mulligan, Alaina Dennis, Kaylyn Keown, Larry Keown (Haley), Kelsie Martin, Dylan Martin, Layla White, Matthew Leach, Sadie Mae Martin and Ben Martin; and his siblings, Bonnie Bilbrey (Glenn) of Owensboro and Bubby Dennis (Jean) of Owensboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
